Ingredients

- Step 1
In a bowl, add dates puree, 1/4 tsp elaichi powder, 2 tbsp grated pumpkin and mix well
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp wheat flour and mix well
- Step 3
Gradually add water to make a thick batter. Ensure there are no lumps.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped pistachios
- Step 5
Add 1/4 tsp baking powder and mix again
- Step 6
Heat a pan with ghee for frying, drop spoonful of portion for frying
- Step 7
Fry until the Gulgule turn golden brown, flipping occasionally for even cooking.
- Step 8
Serve warm as a snack or dessert. Enjoy!
