- Step 1
For Stuffing
In a bowl add 3 tbsp paneer,1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder. Mix well.
- Step 2
For Dough
In a bowl add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4 cup grated pumpkin, 1/8 tsp salt, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves. Add water as required. Knead the dough.
- Step 3
For Stuffed Paratha
Roll into a paratha. Add the stuffing and seal. Roll out again.
- Step 4
Take a pan and roast the paratha on both sides with 1.5 tsp ghee.
- Step 5
Serve.
