- Step 1
For Crust
In a bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, and 2 tbsp butter, and rubbed with your hand till a crumbly texture forms.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp Jaggery powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract water as required, and knead into a dough.
- Step 3
Roll out dough in a round shape then place it in the mold and stream sides of the dough. Chill the crust and make strips from the streamed dough.
- Step 4
For Filling
In a bowl add 2 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/2 egg,1/4 egg yolk, and whisk well.
- Step 5
Add pumpkin puree, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1/4 tsp vanilla extract,1/4 tsp cinnamon powder,1/8 tsp nutmeg powder,1/8 tsp dry ginger powder,and whisk well.
- Step 6
Pour pumpkin batter into a chilled crust mold and cover it with strips. Bake at 215 degrees for 15 mins.
- Step 7
Reduce the heat to 170 degrees and bake for 35 45 mins.
- Step 8
Cook and serve.
