Steps
- Step 1
Knead a semi soft dough using 4 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 2 tsp rasam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp coconut oil and water as required.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding spinach.
- Step 3
Rest the dough for 5 minutes.
- Step 4
Divide into equal parts and roll into a round shape.
- Step 5
Roast on a heated tawa on both sides using 1 tsp ghee.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
