- Step 1
Blanch and puree 1/2 cup chopped pumpkin and 1/4 cup chopped spinach.
- Step 2
In a pan add pumpkin puree, palak puree, 2 tbsp coconut milk, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper and mix well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 4
Add water as required to get a soupy consistency.
- Step 5
Simmer the soup on low flame, turn off the flame, transfer to a serving bowl.
- Step 6
Serve warm.
