- Step 1
In a bowl add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp lemon juice and 1/4 tsp sugar.
- Step 2
Whisk it using a little water for a smooth form.
- Step 3
Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp ghee, add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp methi seeds, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 1 clove, 4 kadi patta , 1 dry red chilli, 1 tbsp grated pumpkin and moong sprouts.

Saute well.
- Step 5
Add the Nestlé A+ Curd mixture and mix well.
- Step 6
Simmer for a minute until it thickens a little.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger.
- Step 8
Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
