- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp oats, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped pudina and mix well.
- Step 2
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp coconut oil, 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp urad dal, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp hing, 4 kadi patta, blanched moong sprouts, 2 tbsp grated pumpkin and saute well.
- Step 3
Add the pumpkin mixture to the Nestlé A+ Curd mixture.
- Step 4
Add 2 tsp chopped pudina and mix well.
- Step 5
Garnish with anar seeds.
