Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat 2 tsp ghee, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1 tsp urad dal and roast till brown.
- Step 2
Add 1 slit green chilli, 6 kadi patta, 3 tbsp suji and roast all ingredients till light brown.
- Step 3
Add 3 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp salt and required amount of water.
- Step 4
Mix well and stir it continuously till all the water is absorbed and the upma thickens.
- Step 5
Squeeze in 2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
