Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 4 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp grated violet cabbage, 1/4 jeera powder and salt for taste

Knead into a soft dough using warm water as required
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 4
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 5
Divide into equal parts and roll it evenly
- Step 6
Heat a tava and roast on both sides until light brown
- Step 7
Apply ghee and stack the roti
- Step 8
Serve with sabzi or dal
