In a bowl, add 1 tbsp of chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped purple cabbage,1/2 tbsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, and 1/4 tsp salt.

Add the cooked quinoa and mashed potato and mix all the ingredients well.

Shape a tikki from the mashed mix.

In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.

Coat the tikki with 2 tsp bread crumbs and shallow fry until it turns golden brown.

Flip the tikki and cook.

Now, take 1 whole wheat burger bun.
- Step 8
Slice it open through the center.
- Step 9
Apply 2 tsp tomato ketchup and 2 tsp mayonnaise.
- Step 10
Next, add 2 slices of fresh tomato, 2 slices of onion, and 1 lettuce leaf.

Place the tikki on the bun.
- Step 12
Cover the bun and serve.
