Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
*For Dough*
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp Wheat Flour, 1.5 tbsp Maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/8 tsp Salt.

Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Rest the dough for 5 min.
- Step 4
For Filling
In a mixing bowl add 1.5 tbsp Chopped Onions, 1/4 tsp Red Chilli powder, 1/8 tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder, 1 tbsp Grated tofu, 1/4 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves and 1/8 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients well.
- Step 6
For Kulcha
Roll the dough and fill the stuffing.
- Step 7
Seal and Fold, and flatten into a Kulcha.
- Step 8
Apply water at the base of Kulcha and Place it on a Heated Tawa
- Step 9
Roast with 1 tsp Ghee
- Step 10
For the Pizza
Take the prepared kulcha in a frying pan on slow heat, spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on it, put 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, boiled sweet corn and top it with 1.5 tbsp grated cheese, 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes

Cover and allow to cook till cheese melts.
- Step 12
Serve it hot.
