Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour, quinoa flour and mix well
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup chopped amaranth leaves, 1/4 tsp white til, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi and salt for taste
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 4
Knead into a smooth dough by using water as required
- Step 5
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 6
Divide into equal portions and roll each thinly
- Step 7
= Heat a tawa, place the khakhra, apply a little oil and roast on all sides until crisp and light brown
- Step 8
