- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup julienne potato, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, cooked quinoa, 1 tsp rice flour and mix well
- Step 2
Season with 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste,1 tsp oil and salt for taste
- Step 3
Heat a nonstick pan with 2 tsp oil, add the quinoa potato mixture and spread evenly
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 5
Roast over low flame until crisp
- Step 6
Flip and cook on the other side.
- Step 7
Serve warm
