Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pressure cooker with 1 tsp ghee, add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, kadi patta and saute.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp chopped broccoli, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, rinsed quinoa, 1/8 tsp haldi and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn
- Step 4
Pour a little water and mix well
- Step 5
Cover the lid and pressure cook until 2 whistles
- Step 6
Open the lid and fluff up the khichdi
- Step 7
Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8
Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or raita.
