- Step 1
In a bowl add cooked quinoa, 1/4 cup boiled chopped potato, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves and mix well

Season with 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and salt for taste
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 4
Shape the mixture into equal sized patty
- Step 5
Heat a nonstick pan with 1 tsp oil, place the patty and roast until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 6
Serve hot with your choice of chutney and enjoy!
