- Step 1
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add 1 bay leaf,2 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it till onion translucent.
- Step 2
Add into the 1 tbsp chopped tomato,1 tbsp chopped french beans,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp fresh peas, 1/4 tsp salt,1/8 cup diced mushroom,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp garam masala,1/4 tsp haldi and mix it well.
- Step 3
Cover with a lid and cook it well till vegetables cooked.
- Step 4
Add into the boiled quinoa , mix, cover with a lid, and cook it nicely.
- Step 5
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
