- Step 1
In a grinder add 1/8 cup quinoa that has been soaked for 2 hours, 2 tbsp oats, 1/4 cup chopped cucumber,1/2 green chilli,1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 3/4 tbsp grated fresh coconut,1/8 tsp haldi,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp jeera,1/4 tsp salt and water as required, grind it into a smooth batter.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 3
Heat 1 tsp coconut oil in a pan and pour spoonful quinoa batter.
- Step 4
Spread the batter and roast it on both sides till crispy.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
