- Step 1
In a bowl add 2 tbsp suji, cooked quinoa, 1 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp salt and mix all ingredients well.
- Step 2
Add water as needed to make a thick batter.
- Step 3
Keep the batter Covered for 15 mins.
- Step 4
Add 1 tsp fruit salt and mix.
- Step 5
Heat idli stand, add water into it. Grease mould with 1 tsp oil, pour batter into each mould, place tray in idli stand, cover with lid.
- Step 6
Cook it for 58 minutes on medium flame.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
