- Step 1
For Dhokla
In a mixing bowl add quinoa oats dal paste, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp green chili paste, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp fruit salt and mix it well.
- Step 2
Pour batter into the greased mold with 1/4 tsp oil and steam it in a double boiler.
- Step 3
Cool down the dhokla and cut into the pieces.
- Step 4
For Tadka
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add into the 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp white sesame seeds, 4 kadi patta and mix it well.
- Step 5
Take a dhokla to add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves on top of the dhokla and pour tadka over the dhokla.
- Step 6
Serve.
