Steps
- Step 1
Soak, grind and ferment 1 tbsp rice, 1.5 tsp quinoa and 1 tbsp masoor dal into a smooth batter.
- Step 2
In a bowl add the dosa batter.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp oats flour and mix well.
- Step 4
Add 1/4th tsp salt and give it a stir.
- Step 5
Heat a nonstick tawa. Spread batter on the tawa.
- Step 6
Drizzle 1 tsp oil from all sides.
- Step 7
Flip and cook well.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
