Steps
- Step 1
Cook 1/8 cup quinoa and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil and add 2 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp of chopped tomato and saute.
- Step 3
Then add 1/4 tsp each of red chilli powder, haldi and salt, 1/2 tsp coriander powder and saute all the ingredients well.
- Step 4
Now add 1/4 cup of grated paneer, cooked quinoa and mix it well.
- Step 5
Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
