- Step 1
In a bowl, add cooked quinoa, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp grated garlic and 1/4 tsp each of jeera powder and salt.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum and 1 tbsp grated Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 tsp red chili flakes and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 3
Add besan slurry into it and make patty.
- Step 4
Shallow fry in 1 tsp oil, until it turns golden brown on all sides.
- Step 5
Quinoa pizza bites are ready to serve.
