- Step 1
Add cooked quinoa, grated potato, 2 tsp corn flour and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp oil, spread quinoa potato mixture and cook from 1 side.
- Step 3
Flip, spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce.
- Step 4
Put across the sauce laden base 1/8 cup diced red capsicum, 1/8 cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/8 cup diced green capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped onion, boiled sweet corn.
- Step 5
Garnish with 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes & 1/2 tsp oregano.
- Step 6
Add 1 tbsp grated cheese on top and bake for 15 min at 200 degree celsius.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
