Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add cooked quinoa, 1 tbsp julienne onion, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped green zucchini, 2 tbsp chopped broccoli, boiled sweet corn, 1 tbsp chopped celery leaves, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 4 dried golden raisins and 2 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 2
Sprinkle 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 3
Mix properly using a spoon, making sure all the ingredients
- Step 4
mix well.
- Step 5
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
