Prepreparation
Boil and mash 1/2 cup potato

In a bowl add 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potato, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi

Mash everything and mix well
- Step 5
Shape into round pattice
- Step 6
Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil and place the pattice.
- Step 7
Shallow fry the pattice evenly on both the sides.
- Step 8
For serving, place the pattice in a deep plate and pour the prepared ragda on it.
