In a blender, add soaked and chopped dates, tamarind pulp, 1/4 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/4 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/4 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 number garlic, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp chaat masala and water as required.

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.

Blend until smooth.
- Step 4
Place 6 pani puri on the plate
- Step 5
Fill each with a spoonful of vatana.
- Step 6
Dip it in the pani puri water and enjoy.
