- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/8 cup ragi flour,1/8 tsp baking powder, mix well.
- Step 2
In another bowl add 1/4 of an egg, beat well. Then add 2 tbsp jaggery powder little by little and beat till light and fluffy.
- Step 3
Add in a melted chocolate, melted butter and mix well.
- Step 4
Add flour mixture in a half part and fold gently then add remaining and fold.
- Step 5
Grease mold with 1/8 tsp oil and line a mold with butter paper.
- Step 6
Pour batter in a mold and bake at 160 degrees for 30 min.
- Step 7
Serve.
