Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp ghee, add 1/4 cup ragi flour and roast until light brown
- Step 2
Add 1/8 cup coconut milk, 4 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and mix well
- Step 3
Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
- Step 4
Transfer it to the greased tray
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 6
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped almonds, cut into pieces and serve.
