Ingredients

- Step 1
In a bowl, make a mixture of 2 tsp chopped walnuts,1 tsp oil, 1/8 cup ragi flour, 1 egg yolk and beat it.
- Step 2
Now add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/8 cup grated dry coconut, 2 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp jaggery powder and whisk properly.
- Step 3
Sieve in 1/8 cup ragi flour, 1/8 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder & mix.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding cherries.
- Step 5
Add water as required and whisk again.
- Step 6
Now add 1 whipped egg white to the batter.
- Step 7
Grease the tin with 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 8
Pour the batter into the greased tin.
- Step 9
Bake at 180 degree celsius for 25 mins.
