Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil, add 3 tbsp ragi flour and roast until light brown.
- Step 2
Pour warm water, 3 tbsp coconut milk and stir continuously on a low flame to avoid lumps.
- Step 3
Add 1.5 tbsp jaggery powder and saffron water.
- Step 4
Mix well and cook until it leaves the sides of pan
- Step 5
Add 1/4 tsp black elaichi powder and mix again.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped cashewnuts
- Step 7
Serve warm
