- Step 1
Knead a semi soft dough using 1 small bowl ragi flour, 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp salt and water as required.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3
Rest the dough for 5 mins.
- Step 4
Divide the dough into equal parts, roll it in thick round shape.
- Step 5
On a pan roast it on both the sides with 1 tsp oil.
- Step 6
Serve warm.
