- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/2 tbsp butter, and 1/4 tbsp oil and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp jaggery powder, and whisk till light and fluffy.
- Step 3
Add 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/8 tsp vanilla extract, 3 tbsp ragi flour,1 tbsp wheat flour, and 1/8 tsp baking powder and whisk it nicely.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 5
Roll them into balls and flatten them lightly. Place on a greased baking tray and brush them with 1/2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk on top of the surface. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Step 6
Remove cookies on the plate, cool and serve
