- Step 1
PrePreparation
Remove excess water from 1/2 cup grated green zucchini.
- Step 2
Soak 4 dates and make a smooth puree.
- Step 3
For Dry Ingredient
In a bowl add 5 tbsp ragi flour, 2 tbsp cocoa powder,1/4 tsp coffee powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda and combine all together.

For Wet Ingredient
In a bowl add 1/2 an egg and dates puree, beat well using a whisk.
- Step 5
Then add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1 tbsp oil and mix it well.
- Step 6
In a bowl add 1/2 cup grated green zucchini, wet ingredients and mix it well. Then add the dry ingredients little by little and fold it gently.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 8
Pour batter in a mold greased with 1/4 tsp butter.
- Step 9
Bake at 180 degrees for 45 mins and make sure the toothpick comes out clean.
- Step 10
Cool and serve.
