Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Soak 3 tbsp rice and 3 tsp urad dal. Grind it with water as required and ferment overnight.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp ragi flour and 1/4 tsp salt to batter.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4
Grease the idli moulds with 1/2 tsp oil and pour batter into the moulds.
- Step 5
Set the moulds in the Idli tray, cover with lid and steam till the idlis are cooked.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
