- Step 1
For Jaggery Syrup
In a pan add 1/8 cup chopped jaggery, water as required,4 saffron strands,1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, mix and bring to a boil.
- Step 2
For Badusha
In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup ragi flour,1/4 cup wheat flour,1/8 tsp salt,1 tbsp butter and mix it till crumble form.
- Step 3
Add prepared Nestlé A+ Curd mixture and knead into the dough.
- Step 4
Make small round clean balls then flatten them and make a dent in the center.
- Step 5
Heat oil in a kadhai and deepfry badusha till golden.
- Step 6
Soak fried badusha in a jaggery syrup and serve.
