- Step 1
Grease mould with 1/4 tsp butter. Preheat oven at 180 degree.
- Step 2
In a bowl add 1/2 cup ragi flour,1.5 tbsp cocoa powder,1/4 tsp baking soda,1/8 tsp salt and combine all together.
- Step 3
In a bowl add 1/4 cup jaggery powder, 1 tbsp butter,1/4 tbsp white vinegar and whisk it well.
- Step 4
Add flour mixture and whisk it well. Make a lumpfree batter.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding walnuts.
- Step 6
Take a greased mould then fill cake batter in each mold. Add 1/8 cup diced dark chocolate in the center of batter in each mould.
- Step 7
Bake at 180 degree for 5 minutes and serve.
