- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp ragi flour,1 tbsp suji,1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd,1/4 tsp salt, water as required and mix well.
- Step 2
In a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp oil. Add 1/4 tsp rai,1/4 tsp jeera,1 tsp urad dal, 3 kadi patta, 1/8 tsp hing, 3 tsp drumstick leaves powder, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and stir.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kalonji.
- Step 4
Add the mixture into the batter and mix well.
- Step 5
Take the mould and brush it with 1/2 tbsp oil.
- Step 6
Cover and roast the appams.
- Step 7
Flip and cook both side equally.
- Step 8
Serve hot
