Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Soak 1 tbsp rice and 1 tsp urad Dal for 2 hrs. Grind it and ferment overnight.
- Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add prepared batter, 2 tbsp Ragi flour, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 5 gm chopped drumstick leaves, water as required and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 3
Mix all ingredients well without lumps.
- Step 4
On a heated tava, brush 1/2 tsp oil and spread the batter.
- Step 5
Roast it well on both sides.
- Step 6
Serve.
