Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated radish, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp green chili paste.
- Step 2
Add water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding beetroot.
- Step 4
Roll the dough into a paratha.
- Step 5
Heat a tava and roast the paratha on both the sides.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
