- Step 1
Pour 1 ladle batter on tawa and spread it in a round shape.
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp oil and spread on all sides to roast.
- Step 3
Add 1.5 tsp of chopped onion and 1/2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves on the dosa.
- Step 4
Flip carefully and roast evenly.
- Step 5
To make chutney, add 1/8 cup of chopped pudina and 1/8 cup of chopped coriander leaves to a grinder jar.
- Step 6
Add 1/10 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp each of chopped garlic and green chilli paste.
- Step 7
Add sufficient water and grind to prepare the mint coriander chutney.
