- Step 1
In a bowl, take 2.5 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and 1/2 tbsp chopped coconut.
- Step 2
Pour in a little water and mix well to form a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mixed seeds.
- Step 4
Heat a nonstick pan at a low flame, pour a ladle of the batter.
- Step 5
Add 1/2 tsp oil, allow it to cook on one side and flip gently.
- Step 6
Make sure both sides are cooked well
- Step 7
Garnish with bananas and chocolate sauce.
- Step 8
Serve fresh and hot.
