- Step 1
Add 1/2 cup ragi flour, 1/2 tsp oil, water as needed and knead into a dough, roll and roast it on a pan and make a roti. Keep aside.
- Step 2
In a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 cup paneer cubes and mix well.
- Step 3
Turn off the flame, add 1 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
- Step 4
Take ragi roti, apply 2 tsp mayonnaise.
- Step 5
Place the paneer mixture in the center.
- Step 6
Roll the roti with stuffing, roast it on tava with 1 tsp butter.
- Step 7
Serve it with ketchup or chutney.
