- Step 1
Mix 1 tbsp ragi flour with required water. Crush 1/8 cup sweet corn with little water.
- Step 2
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil then add into the 1 no. bay leaf, 1 no. green elaichi, 1 no. clove, 1 no. star anise, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp green chili paste, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp sweet corn, 1/4 tsp salt and saute it well.
- Step 3
Add into the water as required, sweet corn mixture, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1 tsp lemon juice, mix and cover it with a lid. Cook it well.

Add into the ragi water, mix and cook it nicely.

Serve hot.
