- Step 1
For Dough
In a bowl, take 1/8 cup ragi flour, 1 tbsp whole wheat flour.
- Step 2
Adding water as required knead it into a soft dough and keep aside.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4
For Sweet Potato Filling
In a pan heat, 1 tsp coconut oil add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste and sauté it.
- Step 5
Add 2 tbsp boiled mashed sweet potato, 1/4 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp red chili powder,1/4 tsp dhania powder,1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well. Keep aside.
- Step 6
Take the kneaded dough, roll it in balls, lightly coat it with flour and flatten them to make a round paratha.
- Step 7
Take the filling mixture and put it in the center. Seal the edges and roll out again to a round paratha.
- Step 8
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the paratha on it. Flip and spread 1 tsp oil on the paratha.
- Step 9
Make sure both sides are browned well.
- Step 10
Serve hot.
