- Step 1
For Mixture
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp ghee, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp chopped green chili,1/4 cup chopped cabbage,1/8 cup chopped carrot and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp tomato ketchup,1/8 tsp vinegar, mix well and cook.

For Wrap
Add 1/8 cup ragi flour, 1/8 cup whole wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp ghee and mix it well.
- Step 5
Add water as required and knead into dough. Roll out on a rolling pin.

Cut into small circles and add the mixture and seal.
- Step 7
In a steamer, put the momo on a plate. Cover and steam till done.

Serve.
