Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste,1/2 tsp grated ginger,1/2 cup boiled diced potato,1/4 cup boiled peas & 1/8 tsp salt. Mash all the ingredients well.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 3
Shape them in cutlets & coat the cutlets in 2 tbsp roasted vermicelli.
- Step 4
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil & shallow fry the cutlets.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
