- Step 1
Heat a pan with 2 tsp olive oil, add 3 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 cup diced tomato and cook until soft
- Step 2
Add water as required and season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger
- Step 4
Add 2 tbsp chopped celery stalk, 1/8 cup diced carrot, 1/8 cup pasta and cook until al dente
- Step 5
Add 1/2 cup kale leaves and simmer until they wilt
- Step 6
Garnish with 1 tsp lemon juice and serve warm
