- Step 1
For Mint Chutney
Add 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1/3 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1/3 tsp chopped green chili, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp chopped garlic, 1/3 tsp chopped ginger, 1/3 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp dry mango powder, 2/3 tbsp chopped onion, 1/3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd. Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency. Keep aside.

For dosa
In a bowl, mix together 3 tbsp rajgeera flour, 2 tbsp suji, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1/4 tsp salt and water as required.

Mix well.
- Step 4
For dosa
Heat a pan and pour a ladle of the prepared batter and spread it evenly.
- Step 5
With 1 tsp oil roast the dosa, flip and allow to cook on both sides.
- Step 6
Serve hot dosa with mint chutney.
