Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp ghee, add 2 tbsp rajgira flour and roast until light brown.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tbsp each of almond powder and cashew nut powder.
- Step 3
Pour 1 cup almond milk, 1.5 tbsp sugar and 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 4
Mix everything well and simmer until it thickens a little
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kalonji
- Step 6
Serve warm.
