Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/2 tsp haldi, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli and saute for a minute.
- Step 2
Add cooked rajma, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and 1 cup chopped shepu.
- Step 3
Mix all ingredients, add 1/4th tsp salt for taste and little water.
- Step 4
Cover and cook until shepu wilt and reduce in volume.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer
- Step 6
Serve hot with chapati.
